Provide primary support and assistance to Line Manager and Project Managers. Specifically:
Prepare draft proposals and coordinate all exhibits for electronic, hard copy proposals and
arranging appointments
o Manage all CELTA applications by saving all applications, scheduling interviews for
applicants, following up for payments and prepare reports and make recommendations to
Teaching Centre
o Conduct quality a weekly checks on British Council classes/ premises to check the readiness
of classrooms and also doing a risk assessment check for BC premises.
o Prepares or assists in the preparation of budgets, financial statements. Develops and
maintains spreadsheets. Initiates, processes and maintains records and invoices
o Respond to all enquiries in a positive and professional manner in accordance with the British
Council Client Service Standards and Policies, and feed the CRM system with correct date
such as names, nationalities, birth dates, and locations, inquiry type in order to answer or
solve their inquire or issue
o Provide information to the UK education and training service providers on the Jordanian
education system, market trends and opportunities.
o Maintains list of supplies and equipment; orders supplies when necessary; completes,
processes and maintains paperwork for purchasing (e.g. orders, requisitions, invoices);
prepares expense account activity.
o Support the organization and delivery of Teaching Centre and Exams events as required
