Manage construction of two storey building with Roof deck (and basement). Purchase needed construction materials for installation/construction. Lead the quality check on the work done.
Prepare all Preconstruction submittals in preparation to the start of the work on site.
Submit all prepared Submittals to the client for their approval.
Lead Contractor Quality Control team in assuring all project plans and specifications are followed (include functions listed in below position - CQC Site Manager)

Assign QAQC staff to do inspection on completed works prior to inspection of the Construction Management staff.
The Company serves as the Project Construction Management Team for the General Contractors.
Conduct quality inspections on the completed Civil/Structural works prior to concreting and succeeding activities.
In charge of facilities maintenance of the four existing branches of TimHoWan Dimsum restaurant (in Manila, Quezon City, Pasig City and Makati City).
In-charge of the construction of two additional branches of TimHowan Dimsum Restaurants in BGC, Taguig City and SM MOA, Pasay City.
In-charge of the construction of two branches of Llaollao Yogurt stations in Glorietta, Makati City and SM MOA, Pasay City.
Work as QA/QC Engineer of the Main Contractor, responsible with the testing of materials (such as Concrete and Reinforcing steel bars) to make sure that it comply with the project specifications.
Compile test reports and summaries for submission, reporting and presentation with the Consultants.
Conduct quality inspections of the completed Facade works in Towers 1 to 4 making sure that it is ready for inspection with the Consultants and will result to their approval. Include inspections of delivered materials on Site prior to use
Work as lone QA/QC Engineer in the Civil works construction of Mining Process Plant and Fuel Loading contract areas.
Work as QA/QC Manager in the construction of five sites - HCIS Infrastructures Development project. Lead the QAQC Department until project completion.
Lead the QA/QC Department in making sure all the plans and specifications of the projects are complied.
Work as Site Engineer to lead construction of subbase utilities for Jeddah Airport project.
Complete the Shuqaiq Water Dessalination and Power Plant project including Onshore/Offshore facilities, office buildings, on-site and connecting road structures.
Work as QAQC Engineer to check all specifications are complied in the project construction.
