I am one of the Revit team main player doing the UAE Pavilion Expo 2020 (collaboration with
WME) which have an approximately 15, 000 square meters (over 161, 000 square feet) and will
include numerous exhibition areas, an auditorium, food and beverage outlets and VIP lounges.
It will be designed to meet LEED Platinum sustainable building standards. The structure, which
will sit at the heart of the nearly 500-acre exhibition area and whose design is inspired by a
falcon in flight, will be seen by the roughly 25 million visitors and participants who are expected
to visit the

I am assigned as one of pack leaders doing 5 Back of House buildings for Motiogate Project in Dubai, UAE. A unique, themed resort filled with fun and excitement that brings the best in family attractions, entertainment and accommodation to Dubai. The resort named “Dubai Parks” is a part of a strategic initiative aimed at taking Dubai’s role as the leading tourism and leisure hub in the Middle East in the future. The attractions and offers at the resorts have been carefully selected to complement and expand the already rich tapestry of world-class attractions and wonders that Dubai has to offer.

2014
I was assigned to work in Al Wakra Academy Project in Qatar. Actually we have 2 sites, Al
Khor and Al Wakra and the project is worth US$700B. I am assigned to model our project
using Autodesk Revit 2012.
 Reporting directly to the Design Team Leader and Project Design Director.
 Working independently or with consultant Architects/Engineers, designs and prepares
plans and specifications, develops cost estimates and coordinates implementation of
projects, oversees the work and administers consultant’s comments.
 Participates in final inspection of the project and makes recommendation regarding
acceptance of construction work.
 Review building plans and site design for aesthetics, environmental acceptability,
compliance with codes and standards and the accessibility requirements.
 Acts as a Lead over the BIM practices and implements the BIM protocols.
 Prepares reports and correspondence.
 Coordinate design changes with other teams, also check for the material finishes.

I was assigned to work in different projects. I worked with different teams for almost 5 years
from schematic design phase to design development phase and construction phase. I was
responsible for setting up of Architectural & Interior drawings, Elevation and Section drawings
& details both for Client’s approval and for presentation. I also monitored the changes /
revisions from engineering consultants with different options and revised the drawings for
approval.
 Reporting directly to the Design Team Leader and Project Design Director.
 Assigned in office, hotel designs and sole manage to draw the elevations and sections.
 Draft and design the project proposals for presentations.
 Coordinate design changes with other teams, also check for the material finishes.
 Attends weekly project coordination meetings and visits on-going constructions.
 Make research on future designs and materials available on the market.
 Performs other duties required by other departments such as assisting Directors /
Design Associate in administrative tasks, preparing management & client presentation
materials.
 Sketch and, draft layouts for team leader’s approval.
Projects :
a. Oman Mall Development with Ikea Mall, As Seeb, Muscat, Oman (Architectural &
Interior works done in Revit 2011-2012 = LG+G+L1 Floors

As a project management company, again I was one of the pioneer employees and assigned
to lead the architectural department from design to implementation of designs. I am directly
coordinating the designs (together with other team leaders) to all Consultant and Clients.
Conversing carefully to your subordinates to enhance their skills and not to make them feel
degraded. The company also entrust to me the selection of interior finishes to be installed in
both local and international projects (Vietnam and China).
 Reporting directly to the Architect Consultant and General Manager.
 Maintaining confidential files and vital documents.
 Performs other duties required by other departments such as assisting Directors / VP
in administrative tasks, preparing management & client presentation materials.
 Sketch, Draft and design proposals and office fit-outs.
 Instruct the architectural team to finished and complete the drawings ahead of
submission date.
 Coordinate design revisions on working drawings with other discipline such as
structural, electrical, mechanical and sanitary department.
 Contact the suppliers for the material finishes.
 Inspects the project site and attends site coordination meetings.
 Check specifications and cost estimates of the project.
 Preparation of initial and final architectural punch listing before turnover of the project.
Projects:
a. 2006 = Arch-En Main Office, Telecom and fit-out, Edsa, Mandaluyong City
b. 2006 = SMC Logistic Main Office (2-Storey Office) and Fit-out

A 200B housing project with amenities such as game house, a mini theater and swimming
pool; interior finishes of this mansion were came from Brazil, US and England. Gates were
electronically installed and cameras were fixed strategically. I am assigned to implement the
exterior design and interior design. This was my favorite practice because of the extensive
design and the wide range of my work.
Function:
A. Quality Control
Makes certain that the Contractor complies with the plans, specifications and other
documents that workmanship is in accordance with sound and accepted construction
practice.
 Report directly to the Project Manager.
 Assist the Contractor in the interpretation of the contract document.
 Obtain from the Architect additional details or information if, and when, and at the
jobsite for proper execution of the work.
 Conduct on-site observations and check the quality of the work, materials and
equipment for consistency with the contract documents.
 Notify Contractor if any material or any portion of the work does not conform to
specifications or if unacceptable in quality. Confirm this in writing.
 Follow-up and check daily all corrective works being undertaken.
 Check that materials are properly stored, handled, and used in the project.
 Supervise/perform sampling and testing of materials when necessary. Promptly report
test results to all concerned.
 Check, together with the Contractor and other trade testing of plumbing, electrical, air
conditioning, mechanical and other installations.
 Disallow the installation of any material, which have not been approved by the
Architect.
 Forbid the use of materials, tools and equipment that does not conform to the plans
and specifications and the contract documents.
 Direct the removal or repair of defect or faulty constructions expressly identifies that
did not meet specifications.
 Stop any work not on accordance with the plans and specifications and the contract
documents.
 Prepare punch list of the project.
B. Evaluation
 Evaluate suggestions or modifications submitted by the Contractor and prepare
recommendations to the Architect for approval.
 Reviews Contractor’s change orders.
 Review/request for payment of Contractors and forward them with recommendations
to the Architect for disposition.
 Checks schedule of completion and report to the Architect any deviations.
C. Records
 Keep and maintain vital project records.
Other Functions:
 Assist the Project Manager during regular coordination meetings with the Owner,
Architect-Engineer, Consultant, Contractor and such other parties or their designated
representatives.
 Attend conferences called by the Owner or the Architect /Engineer Consultant.
Accompany the Owner, Architect-Engineer, Consultant or other representative and
government inspectors during visits to the projects.
