-Organizes monthly shifting of nurses’ schedule and monthly planning of client’s activitie
-Accompanies client to family gatherings, monthly check up and Sunday masses
-Facilitates diagnostic procedures and check up
-Renders health teaching both to client and relatives concern to care
-Formulates osteorized feeding recipe and daily OF making for adequate nutrition
-Updates relatives of patient’s condition
-Performs quality control procedures to maintain efficiency in care rendered
-Reports on time for the shift endorsement and rounds
-Performs assessment as necessary and reports abnormal findings to the physician
-Identifies nursing needs of patients and gives direct nursing care
-Institutes appropriate and individualized plan of care
-Provides bedside care not limited to personal hygiene, skin care, positioning, change of linens and range of motion exercises
-Monitors and records vital signs, neurovital signs using Glasgow Coma Scale of patients and intake and output measurements
-Administers medications according to doctors’ orders
-Performs osteorized feeding via NGT and PEG with strict aspiration precautions
-Responds immediately to emergency situations
-Provides a positive and compassionate environment to promote rehabilitation
