Managing and leading BBC Media Action’s training and liaison staff to ensure they deliver quality programs on time and within budget.
Overseeing the design, development and delivery of training and mentoring activities and finalizing reports on those.
Establishing and maintaining strong strategic and operational relationships with partners like UN, NGO and government agencies
Monitoring production activities of developing communication materials and products for outreaching people
Leading the design and facilitation of engaging and effective training sessions and training materials (including syllabuses, course structures, session plans, and handout/toolkit materials).
Coordinating and assisting in strategy formation to the Country Director and other senior colleagues.
Designing and developing training curricula, modules, and materials on interpersonal communication and skills for behavior-changing traits health, inclusion e.g., persons with disabilities, hygiene and sanitation, media development, women inclusion, COVID-19 risks, etc.
Developing and maintaining a strong relationship with government actors, civil society organizations, NGOs, donor agencies, and the targeted community of diversified projects.
Undertaking the delivery of all outreach and training strategies and activities, ensuring that deliverables are on track, delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Working alongside production and research teams on developing strategies for research and innovative production materials which can effectively contribute to grassroots communities.
Mentoring training staff by passing on skills and techniques through day-to-day hands-on support and Training for Trainers (TOT).
Establish and maintain strong strategic and operational relationships with UN, NGO and government agencies operating in Cox’s Bazar.
Work closely with Government state radio and community radio to develop programme planning, building strong relationship between INGOs, NGOs working in Rohingya response.
Work with different sector & working groups and humanitarian actors in Cox’s Bazar to establish an effective mechanism of information dissemination, complaint and feedback mechanism.
Form and mentor listening groups with the Rohingya people living across different camps in Cox’s Bazar to disseminate accurate and consistent information on issues & concerns
Establish an effective mechanism of information dissemination and community feedbacks to support partner organizations on strategic decision.
Design engaging and effective training sessions and training materials (including syllabuses, course structures, session plans and hand out/toolkit materials) based on the capacity strengthening needs.
Working alongside production and research teams on developing strategies for research and innovative production.

Work with partners to identify organizational strengths and weaknesses in disaster response and assess training needs

Provide technical support on Community
mobilization, form CBOs & CSOs for
operationalization of the project;
Support to CBOs to prepare social mapping, community action plan (CAP), wealth being analysis (WBA) for better understanding of the poverty situation of community people;
Work with communities to develop plan and strategies to engage specially women in different income generating
activities
Work closely with skills development training providers and employment sectors to ensure employment
Develop network with private sectors to explore employment and income generating opportunities for men &
women.
Advocate government departments to extend support vulnerable people specially women, children, elderly and
persons with disability are covered under social safety net programme;
Support CBOs for institutional capacity to operate community based savings & credit programme to reduce
dependency from money lenders
Provide technical support to prepare skims for ensuring WASH facilities in the community
Design and develop training modules, providing need based and relevant training/workshop
Organize and manage all training activities and exchange program for staff, elected representatives, government counterparts and community members, including selection of participants, and ensuring that training is carried out in accordance with project guidelines;
Develop Partnerships, linkage, coordinate and advocacy of all activities with Local government bodies and others local GO, NGOs CBOs and private sector;
Manage & coordinate partnerships with different organizations working mobile banking services, vocational training, legal aid support, eye care, health services adolescent reproductive & sexual health, reducing child labor, hygiene behavioral change and skills & entrepreneurship development
Facilitate to form community development committees, cluster committees and federation among Communities
Facilitate to form project implementation and steering committees at project locations;
Facilitate to conduct HH survey and other survey as and when required, social mapping and community action plan (CAP);
Assist to prepare institutional mapping for accessing support and opportunities for the poor & extreme poor specially women & girls;
Design and develop training, workshops for CBO’s, public representatives;
Develop linkages and partnerships with private sectors for skills development, employment generation and small entrepreneurship development;
Facilitate to form community development committees, cluster committees and federation among Communities;
Facilitate to form project implementation and steering committees at project locations;
Facilitate to conduct HH survey and other survey as and when required, social mapping and community action plan (CAP);
Assist to prepare institutional mapping for accessing support and opportunities for the poor & extreme poor specially women & girls;
Design and develop training, workshops for CBO’s, public representatives;
Develop linkages and partnerships with private sectors for skills development, employment generation and small entrepreneurship development;
Orient staff members on administrative issues, strategies, and guidance
Coordinate with Municipal authorities and elected representatives about the administrative procedures for the project to ensure donor compliance
Organize travel and accommodations for international and national experts
Maintain all inventories and logistics of the projects
Support to disburse funds from local government authorities to CBOs for development activities
