• Manage client relationship and ensure client satisfaction and timely billing and fees collection.
• Manage and Consult on contract types, project planning, project execution work processes (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning), estimating systems and software and manufacture processes for critical and major project equipment.
• Manage project planning engineers, cost controllers, project engineers and draftsmen.
• Establish operating policies to mitigate risks and provides guidance for risk manager to identify and measure risks faced by the project.
• Lead the projects department in projects management and supervision of electromechanical & district cooling schemes
• Act as a liaison between the design department who will handle all engineering reviews (drawings and material submittals), between authorities, clients, contractors and all related parties
• Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc
• Managing project activity scheduling and monitoring
• Attend or manage site coordination meetings and progress meetings. And assure the generation of Meetings Minutes by the concerned party.
• Supervise contractors and ensure that design intents are met in timely and coordinated matters.
• Ensure that design team specifications and instructions are carried out and implemented on site
• Coordinate with the design department and manage the engineering review process.
• Manage, review or recommend change orders to the project and validate the need or requirement in a fair and visible manner.
• Supervise and control construction work on site to ensure compliance
• Review & monitor work changes & variation orders
• Supervise and Manage Testing and Commissioning of activities as per client’s specifications.
• Supervise and Manage Handing-Over Process and related approval from concerned parties.
• Responsible in all works concerning air conditioning construction, Ductworks, Chilled Water Pipe works, technical support, attending to the technical problems in the sites and formulate the possible solution in solving the problem monitor for project execution, perform the cost monitoring and reporting.
• Follow up material procurements, Enhance planning and scheduling to provide a better teamwork.
• Revise Materials technical submittals to confirm and assure requirements of concerned technical specs and standard and to maintain, improve execution quality level.
• Revising load estimation, equipments sizing using computer software.
• Designing and create workshop drawing for AC, Ventilation & CHW services.
• Contact suppliers and subcontractors to negotiate in technical and financial sides for in hand projects, In-charge in making the financial and technical evaluation for supplier and contractor.
• Make site visits to follow up quality and follow up project execution.
• Study, Analyze & Prepare Budgets for Tenders. Taking in considerations the market’s expectations and prices.
