Sales Improvement and CRM Manager at Danfoss A/S with reference to the Danfoss Sales Program Head (VP). I am a member of the management team at Danfoss Sales Program. This is a continuous improvement transformation program. I have the responsibility for rollout and sustainability of enterprise CRM. I am the process owner on organisational level of the following business processes: CRM, Opportunity Management, Customer Insight, and Customer Segmentation. Responsibilities include developing tools and training material as well as validating and documenting best practices within these work streams. Achievement: achieved sustainable measured performance improvement within Sales and Marketing processes.
Reference to the CRM Director. My responsibilities: Project management, including planning and implementation of (SAP) CRM on a regional and global level. Training of sales managers and super users on best practices sales processes and sales force effectiveness. Facilitating Change Management. I have lead successful full cycle CRM implementations in different countries. More than 2000 employees use CRM to manage their sales and marketing efforts as a result.
Reference to Global Marketing Director (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning division). My responsibilities: planning and specifying, implementing and training in E-Business solutions. Managed implementation projects at subsidiaries in various countries in Europe, America, Asia, and Africa. My work helped shaping and standardizing the organisation’s web presence and e business offerings.
Reporting to Managing Director. The company manufactures and sells rubber based footwear products in the local and regional market. Size: 200 employees. Responsibility: sales and marketing management, logistics, HR. Department leaders reported to me. I managed to establish sales to neighbouring countries, introduce new products, re-organise HR and introduce IT systems to the organisation. This resulted in direct reduction of waste, improved transparency and reporting, as well as increased administrative efficiency.
Project Manager, Residential Construction. Maatouk Construction. Sydney, Australia. Reporting to the Managing Director. A privately owned small size, low density residential construction and renovation company. My responsibility included, tendering and project management.
Site Engineer, reporting to the project manager. Norwest Holst LTD. A major UK based building and civil engineering company. Main responsibilities: site setting up, ensuring that works are performed according to specification. Projects: A water treatment plant in Lincolnshire. Other projects as freelance: Office blocks and a commercial centre in various parts of UK.
Site Engineer / Site Manager. Reporting to Managing Director. Middle East Construction Company - Lebanon. A medium sized construction company. Responsibility: Site Management. Supervision, managing contracts with sub-contractors. Projects: Restoration of a 5 star hotel (Summerland Hotel), new build of a commercial centre (New Beirut Center) and a 10 storey annex to a hospital (Trad Hospital).
