- Worked on the study for development and management of marine terminal, crude oil storage and refined products storage for 250, 000 bpd Parco Coastal Refinery Project
- Provided support in technical and financial evaluation of 250, 000 bpd deep-conversion refinery. The refinery configuration is based on Euro-IV specification fuels
- Assisted in development of Diversification Strategy for PARCO’s subsidiary
- FEED completion for the development of the LNG Terminal at Sonmiani Bay off Karachi
- Identification and techno-commercial assessment of new opportunities in the oil & gas and energy sector.
- Assisted in techno-commercial evaluation of contractors, prepare and evaluate bid packages, plant operations and maintenance activities and company’s long-term business plans. The job role also included detailed analysis of investments to be generated for new business ventures including financial indicators like NPV, IRR, profitability index, etc.
- Formulation of integrated business plans, department-wise objectives, KPIs and investment outlook.
- Liaising with various bodies of Government of Pakistan and external organizations
- Perform Financial Analysis of Refining Sector highlighting the performance of the Group
