•Planning and organizing production schedules as per Global Quality Standards.
•Assessing and arranging resource requirements as per production planning, streamlining inventory management.
•Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with the management for job completion.
•Ensuring that the production is cost effective.

Responsibilities:
•Administered over all operations of Plastics division for development and production of diverse products at various manufacturing facilities located in different cities of Pakistan.
•Handling Plastics Division machinery / mold repair and maintenance department.
•Formulated CAPEX and general budget for various activities related to the Plastics Division.
•Supervised the team of highly professional engineers and skilled staff of approximately 150 personnel assigned at different production and maintenance facilities within Pakistan.
•Developed new recipes for different products as per market requirements.
•Managing different polymer SBU’s (Strategic Business Units) such as uPVC, PE & PPR extrusion within the Plastics Division.
•Managing plant molding facility to produce uPVC, PPRC fittings for various categories of pipes as per international standards.
Responsibilities:
•Manage plant facility to produce Polyethylene tubing i.e. extrusion, printing, heading, hot stamping, bottom sealing and capping etc.
•Administered plant moulding facility to produce caps and shoulders for different types of tubes.
•Supervised plant facility for production of PE laminate tubing i.e. printing, heading and capping etc.
•Overall supply chain management for the procurement of machinery spare parts.
•Executed maintenance plan of the production facility.
•Handling of product warehouse and make timely dispatches as per sales plan.
•Coordinated human resource to ensure production, maintenance, product warehouse & inventory store departments.
Responsibilities:
•Supervised plant extrusion facility to produce uPVC, CPVC, PE & PPR pipes.
•Administered plant moulding facility to produce uPVC, CPVC, PE & PPR
Pressure fittings.
•Controlled overall supply chain for the procurement of raw materials & machinery spare parts.
•Directed QA/QC facility for the testing of pipes and fittings.
•Executed preventive maintenance plan of the production facility.
•Managed product warehouse to make timely dispatches as per sales plan.
•Coordinated human resource for the production, maintenance, plant utilities, product warehouse, inventory store & QA departments.
technical support to PVC downstream industry related to their various product and quality related issues.
•Supervised support to the Southern region (Sindh and Baluchistan) customers in ensuring their development of new products and compounds.
•Managed ENGRO Polymer & Chemicals Ltd. application development lab for product R&D and testing.
