Key Responsibilities:
 Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings to ensure that they meet health and safety standards and also the legal requirements
 Responsible to manage the cleaning, waste disposal, catering, pest control, security and parking of each site, while managing the budgets and keeping records of all payments.
 To develop and implement cost reduction initiatives.
 To establish and maintain housekeeping schedules and assign employees to areas for various housekeeping duties; conduct comprehensive inspection to check the completion of work assignments.
 Responsible to supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security.
 Responsible to prepare reports on daily, weekly & monthly basis as per client requirement.
 Responsible to make monthly MEP reports and manage weekly action registers.
