Position: Sr. Desktop Support Engineer, Trans-IT Migrations
Responsibilities:
• Managing Active directory and Exchange server 2010 and 2013 and also Hardware, Software, Cisco IP Phones, Shared Drives, Windows and Third party applications administration and troubleshooting.
• Windows XP, 7, 8, 8.1 and win 10 Administration, Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting.
• Responsible for day to day on-site technical support.
• Build new laptops, workstations and desktops using SCCM.
• Backup old laptops, workstations and desktops in the tapes.
• Applying Group policy to manage and control the computer and user configuration authority and permission and rights access.
• Installation of all the required applications and software as per requirement in each system.
• Caching roaming profiles in the systems.
• Provide L1, L2 support and Remote support.
• Troubleshooting virus related problem and installing Antivirus.
• Configuring Microsoft outlook for user and troubleshooting email issues.
• Installation and configuration of Print devices (Network printers, Local printers)
• Creation, Deployment, Configuration & Management of new environment for sites.
• Creation of Raids of hard drives, TCP/IP Configuration and Internet Maintenance.
• Manage a personal queue of incidents by effective time management and issue prioritization.
• Responsible for planning, conducting audits, migration and deployment of complete environment of the whole sites in Dubai and all across GCC.
• Making FAQs for all the required applications and software.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through professionalism and swift resolution.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to provide support via phone, e-mail and incident management system for customer's System side day to day issues with PC Hardware, Software and Operating System (Windows and ios) as well as planning, migration and deployment of complete environment.
• Providing routine support, Troubleshooting and help to end users with: Microsoft Windows Desktops, Laptops, VPN, MS Office (2010, 2013), MS Outlook (2010, 2013) Anti-Virus, Operating Systems Installation, MS Lync and SAP GUI 7.2.

• Creation, Deployment & Management of Hosted Virtual Desktop's for dinCloud Inc.
• Providing routine support, Troubleshooting and help to end users with: Microsoft Windows Desktops, Laptops, VPN, MS Office (2010, 2013), MS Outlook (2010, 2013) Anti-Virus and Operating Systems Installation.
• Demonstration of Virtual Desktop’s to the potential customers. Providing support for HVD’s & HVS’s.

• Creating the test environment and testing the Anti-Virus Solution Symantec end point protection.
• Fully responsible for FTP server and creating roaming profiles.
• Fully responsible for handling backup for Windows systems.
