• Leading MRP function, managing an +70m SAR portfolio of Nadec total Raw, Packaging & Chemical materials (+600 items).
• Managing & Maintaining a +98% service level on materials availability for all NADEC products, all while ensuring adherence to the agreed inventory level.

• Maintaining a positive & collaborative environment among MRP Team, lifting their spirits, aspiration & pushing them to always challenge for better results (Kaizen).
• Established several controlling & monitoring tools (Daily MRP report, weekly Allocation Check report, monthly inventory level monitoring report, etc…).
• Managed a +60m SAR portfolio of Nadec Raw materials & Chemicals (+250 items.)
• Maintained +99% service level on materials availability keeping into consideration adhering to agreed safety stock levels.
• Managed MRP part in the Sales & Operation presentation as well as the monthly Supply Review Meeting.
• Led a successful saving project through a team of 3 MRP planners reducing overall inventory level by 22% (23m SAR), while maintaining a world-class +99.9% service level.
• Conducted & issued RCCP for suppliers to ensure readiness for peak seasons (Ramadan & Hajj) & established build-up plans with suppliers when needed to ensure materials availability.
• Provided periodic visibility to all stakeholders on materials’ status for all SKUs included in (design change, discontinuation, NPDs, etc...).
• Handled a +30m SAR portfolio of Nadec packaging materials (+350 items.)
• Maintained +99% service level on materials availability keeping into consideration adhering to agreed safety stock levels.
• Handled cross-functional interfaces with Sales, Demand, Marketing, Manufacturing, R&D & Purchasing to ensure alignment & timely landing of New Product Developments & also ensure a smooth Phase-In-Phase-Out operation.
• Initiated, developed, and maintained a monitoring tool (Materials’ File), which helps in monitoring inventory levels and alerts whenever we are not within desired inventory level.
• Planning & Issuing (monthly, weekly, and daily) delivery schedules to the suppliers and following up on their progress to clear bottlenecks and ensure on-time-in-full deliveries.
• Conducted & issued RCCP for suppliers to ensure readiness for peak seasons (Ramadan & Hajj) & established build-up plans with suppliers when needed to ensure materials availability.
• Demand solution advanced user (maintaining, uploading database & extracting data).
• Handled Nadec fresh Business planning across 18 production lines (+120 finished good SKU’s.)
• Maintained 98% Case Fill Rate (CFR).
• Cleared bottlenecks as sole link between Sales, Production, Marketing and Logistics.
• Established several controlling tools (Daily Cancel Item Report, Weekly CFR Report, Raw Cream Balance Report)
