Job profile
I am part of the Strategic & Planning team in the Commercial Division. To achieve goal of developing a Supply Chain capable of delivering world class performance I work closely with ADMA-OPCO’s Commercial Division, End Users and Suppliers.
Below are some of my responsibilities:
1. Constantly measure suppliers’ performance in order to add value.
2. Communicate performance results to suppliers.
3. Seek and monitor corrective actions wherever supplier performance is not satisfactory. Resolve issues between End Users & Suppliers to achieve win-win situations.
4. Take necessary actions as per procedures against suppliers (not ready to improve performance) to mitigate risks and safe guard company interests.
5. Enhance Approved Bidders List by removing low performing / non-responding Suppliers. Around 10 suppliers were suspended during year 2015.
6. Participate in generating Approved Bidders List.

Some of the jobs successfully handled/achievements are:
1- Successful completion of many supplier performance exercises during year 2015 resulting in enhanced supplier performances, resolved critical issues and added direct value of ~AED 2.5m.
2- Organized first Supplier Recognition Ceremony in ADMA-OPCO.
3- Implementing Strategic Supplier Performance Management(SSPM) Process first time in company. Working with ADNOC to expand SSPM on group level.
4- Worked to establish anti-counterfeit procedure in ADMA-OPCO first time. Suspended couple of suppliers after investigations.
