Duties:-
• Cost Break Down for the project's mechanical items.
• Technical documentation (Queries - Vendor list -
Technical Offer).
• liaising with suppliers.
• Assessing subcontractor’s offers.
• Sites visit to evaluate the existing conditions.
• Contribution in indirect cost (inputs).
• Inter-departmental and intra-departmental coordination.
• Negotiation Meetings.
• Hand over awarded project.
• Review & Assessment outsource QS and design For EPC
or lump sum tenders.
