As an AIMS Controller on behalf of the I.T department of P.I.A .Implemented including requirement analysis AIMS (Airline Information & Management System) in both Flight services department & Cockpit Crew Schedule & Planning department. As a AIMS Controller performed duties for monitoring & Training Post implementation support teams working on AIMS. Strict monitoring & controlling of daily changes in crew schedules maintained in AIMS as per CAA, FAA standards.
