• Assisting customers ( all nationalities) and preparing Bank to Bank and Western Union transactions/cash pick - up transactions to all countries
• Handling various types of transactions including issuance of Demand Drafts and Telex transfers
• Verification and approval of transactions as per AML and other compliances
• Handling customer inquiries and taking prompt actions to complain received
• Coordinating with head office relevant units i.e. Operations, Accounts, HR, Administration and Marketing to ensure smooth running of the branch
• Advising Sri Lankan customers on Financial Managements, Savings Products, etc And assisting them to deal with Bank Representatives in Kuwait
• Preparing and maintaining customer records and their account details
• Carrying out marketing activities and Telemarketing to improve the customer base
