Managing monthly/quarterly financial reporting, financial controls and executive reporting to Regional Operations Manager and Regional Financial Controller. •Responsible for preparation of budgets and forecasts and regular variance analysis with the actual results
as a key person in expansion of NPS to new horizons, which involved estimating the most suitable way of presence in different countries i.e. either operating through NPS branches or acquiring existing similar businesses. With focus on the demand and competition in areas under consideration.
•Worked in close coordination with the Operations departments to ensure that the profits are maximized, and costs are minimized. It starts from the acquisition of a contract to rendering of services, collection of receivables till the final completion of contracts.
•Played key role in due diligence projects, delivering all financial modeling to provide critical financial and legal information on potential ventures. Facilitated merger process through demonstration of consistent figures depicting financial health. Contributed strategic insights to the management for shareholders meetings.
•Lead controller of company’s virtual data room (VDR).
•Assist Chief Financial Officer in company’s five-year plan.
