Leading accounting, auditing, taxation and controlling functions for NPS South Iraq Operations. Managing monthly/quarterly financial reporting, financial controls and executive reporting to Regional Operations Manager and Regional Financial Controller. •Responsible for preparation of budgets and forecasts and regular variance analysis with the actual results
as a key person in expansion of NPS to new horizons, which involved estimating the most suitable way of presence in different countries i.e. either operating through NPS branches or acquiring existing similar businesses. With focus on the demand and competition in areas under consideration.
•Worked in close coordination with the Operations departments to ensure that the profits are maximized, and costs are minimized. It starts from the acquisition of a contract to rendering of services, collection of receivables till the final completion of contracts.
•Played key role in due diligence projects, delivering all financial modeling to provide critical financial and legal information on potential ventures. Facilitated merger process through demonstration of consistent figures depicting financial health. Contributed strategic insights to the management for shareholders meetings.
•Lead controller of company’s virtual data room (VDR).
•Assist Chief Financial Officer in company’s five-year plan.
•Train new staff on company’s financial procedures, internal controls and ERP (MS Dynamics Navision). NPS Internship coordinator.
•Set-up NPS operations in Algeria, Oman and Kuwait, implemented finance/supply chain functions, trained staff on company’s financial procedures and ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Navision
Responsible for all the financial transactions & preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual management reports & accounts, for three UAE based companies.
•Coordinate with auditors to complete audits of statutory accounts.
•Coordinate the Budgeting process and provides technical support in the budgeting and planning decision making.

Preparation of Corporate Tax returns of Oman, Pakistan, India, Kuwait & Qatar branches.
•Monthly consolidated Corporate Tax closing.
•Preparation of annual Tax accrual Package FAS109.
•Preparation of annual Tax Package 5471 and filing of USA tax returns.
•Coordination with auditors for the audit & finalization of consolidated Financial Statements of the Company & branches
