• • Sell, up sell and maintain SW support contracts & services across different sectors in Egypt.
• Build, maintain and execute a territory Management Plan for defined high volume set of sectors, including weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasting.
• Building effective, strategic and productive business relationships with key decision makers within the client organization.
• Co-ordinate and collaborate with IBM’s strategic business partners and extended IBM sales teams to embed SW support & services solutions.
• Conduct negotiations with clients to drive lasting agreements and commitments and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for selling non-IBM SW solutions and products.
• • Expand market share & product lines in financial & Real Estate sectors.
• Managing relationship with the vendors & suppliers.

• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
• Ensure customer’s understanding of the solution and its benefits, pricing, delivery, warranty and contract information and any other relevant terms and conditions.
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
• • Developing new business opportunities in Financial, Governmental, Educational and General Business sectors and expand product lines.
• Developing strong relationships with Customers in different levels (IT, Management, Etc…).
• Clearly articulates business issues, advises customer on the latest industry trends and technology solutions.
• Trying to fulfill the customers’ needs and gain their satisfaction.
• Preparing financial proposals and tenders, presentations for the customer.
• Project implementation following up & solving projects’ problems.
