• Preparation of Schedule for routine PPM, weekly, monthly report.
• Responsible for managing the electro-mechanical team.
• To lead a team of Technicians for successful execution of HVAC Maintenance Activities.
• Troubleshooting and maintaining all kinds of Mechanical & Electrical equipment & systems such as HVAC (Chillers, package AC units, Ventilation Fan, Exhaust Fans, Mist Fan, Refrigerators), plumbing, electrical, low current systems, Generator, BMS and other MEP equipment’s.
• To Complete project management, supervision and MEP Maintenance Contract for High Commercial Complex, Substations, etc.,
• Responsible for preparing the material request and providing the necessary materials on site.
• Responsible for tools/PPE issued
BE Mechanical Engineering done from Pakistani Top ranking university.
