*Responsible for all scheduling and planning activity as per contract requirements and keep progress on schedule & manage all resources (Manpower, materials).
*Translate the project scope of work into activities and prepare, update progress.
*Monitoring project progress and performance and ensure that it is comply with consultant spec. and all Authorities regulation.
*Preparing and review project cash flow, monthly payment and monthly project report.
*Initiates look ahead program in co-ordination with the planning engineer

*Attends and organize all site meeting within the Engineer/Consultant and client
*Resolve Technical Problems and coordinate MEP trades with other trades.
*Providing task & Monitoring site engineering team to ensure the MEP procurement and project plan is in line with project base line program.
* Controlling the cash flow.
* Efficiency, productivity, cost control, work program and contractual compliance.
* Ensure that the projects quality system properly and efficiently satisfies the requirements of the project.
* Manage project closing out and ensure the handing over according to the standard, specifications of the project.

- MEP PROJECT MANAGER Responsible For:
- All MEP Works: HVAC, Fire Fighting, Water supply, Drainage, Sewage, Irrigation, Gas, Medical gases systems, Ro-plants, MV, LV, Fire Alarm, CCTV, DATA, TELEPHONE, BMS GENERATORS & Elevators.....etc as the following:
•Fully in-charge of an Electro/Mechanical Projects.
•Ensure successful achievement of project goals and completion of the Project within the budget and on time.
•Following up with various departments within the company in all related matters of the Project.
•Responsible for planning and scheduling of all major activities of the Project.
•Responsible for managing a Staff/Labor in the project.
•Responsible for effective execution of all related day-to-day running activities of the Project under the instructions of the JEM Management
•Determine all Project requirements (Technical and General).
•Ensure the timely submittal of all project submittals and obtaining approvals. (Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs etc.)
•Schedule and plan all project activities in line with Master Program in coordination with the Planning Engineer.
•Receive all project related instructions from the Client, Engineer, Main Contractor, etc. and transmit, communicate and arrange effective action in coordination with the JEM Management
•Giving all notices, etc. to the Client/Engineer/Main Contractor under the instructions of the JEM Management.
•Attending all project related meeting with Client/Engineer/Main Contractor and reporting back to the Division Manager on the proceedings as well as to attend all project related meetings.
•Assignment of all project related activities to all resources.
•Evaluate the requirement of all project resources (materials, machinery, and manpower) as per schedule and arrange for the availability of the same.
•Monitor the installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of project with Engineer & Owner.
•The Under Construction Projects:
- THE POLYGON SODIC BUSINESS PARK(PH3)- SODIC WEST - SHEIKH ZAYED CITY - EGYPT (70 MILLION EGYPTIAN POUNDS FOR MEP WORKS).
-The Fulfilled Projects( As Construction Manager):
- CARREFOUR-MALL OF EGYPT -6 OCTABER CITY - EGYPT
MEP SITE MANAGER Responsible For:
- All MEP Works: HVAC, Fire Fighting, Water supply, Drainage, Sewage, Irrigation, Gas, Medical gases systems, Ro-plants, MV, LV, Fire Alarm, CCTV, DATA, TELEPHONE, BMS GENERATORS & Elevators.....etc as the following:
• Provide technical directions to the construction to ensure designs and drawings are
prepared according to project requirement.
• Electromechanical Co-ordination for all the systems.
• Supervise review and coordination of submittals and shop drawings.
• Take overall responsibility for the performance of all MEP trades.
• Study the project scope of works, Owner requirements, BOQ, project milestones, and Specification from the supplied bid documents.
• Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades.
• Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project.
• Assist Scheduling department with developing detailed CPM schedules for all MEP installation activities, including cost and resource loading.
• Work with Superintendent on project logistics and temporary facility plans.
• Review and approve material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation.
• Monitor the installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of project with Engineer & Owner.
• Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities with Project Manager.
• Communicate progress and prepare appropriate reports as needed.

- 6 OCTOBER HOSPITAL EXTENTION - 6OCTOBER- EGYPT (200 Million Egyptian Pounds for MEP Works).
Senior Mechanical Engineer Responsible For:
- All Mechanical Works: HVAC, Fire Fighting, Water supply,
Drainage, Sewage, Irrigation, Gas, Medical gases systems, Ro-plants &
Elevators. as the following:
• Provide technical directions to the construction to ensure designs and drawings are
prepared according to project requirement.
• Electromechanical Co-ordination for all the systems.
• Prepare technical requirements.
• Reviewing mechanical and specialties shop drawings.
• Study the project scope of works, Owner requirements, BOQ, project milestones,
and Specification from the supplied bid documents.
• Estimation and Tender Study.
• Take note of possible queries to be brought up the owner for clarifications.
• Conduct material inquiries with the related suppliers.
• Evaluate supplier’s proposal to ensure conformity with project requirements.
• Prepare price comparison among suppliers and makes recommendations.
• Prepare detailed estimates on manpower and construction equipment to be utilized.
• Prepare price analysis to include materials, accessories, manpower and equipment.
• Acquire material submittals from selected suppliers and prepare submittals
according to project requirements.
• Clarify with the Owner all the conflicts and discrepancies and communicate them
with the Project Department Manager.
• Carryout additional related works as directed by the Project Department Manager.
• Works with Project Department Manager or instructions for any amendments to
drawing documents and other related issues.
• Monitoring contractor performance and mechanical services performance included
Testing &commissioning.
• Supervising the inspection team.

- AL HASSA MEDICAL HEALTH CENTER (ARAMCO)- KSA.(TENDER STUDY-
170 Million Saudi Riyal))
- Project Engineer Responsible For :
- Execution For All Mechanical Works (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Water supply,
Drainage & Sewage, Irrigation, Gas Systems.) in Site as the following:
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the work
of a Mechanical subcontractors.
• Monitor the site progress and ensure compliance with standards and specification
required by the client.
• Prepare shop drawing as per contract drawing.
• Prepare RFI's, material submittals as per specifications & submit to consultant for
approvals.
• Ensure that the work on site is according to the approved Mechanical drawing and
submittals
• Ensure that the subcontractor work progress is according to the project schedule.
• Follow the safety regulations and ensure the standard is applied.
• Coordinates any discrepancies on shop drawings between site and technical office.
• Escalates any unsolved issues to site or senior site on duty.
• Expedite workflow according to the updated plan.
• Electromechanical Co-ordination for all the systems.
• Estimate quantities, cost of materials, equipment or labor to determine project
feasibility.

Site &Technical Engineer Responsible For:
- Execution For All Mechanical Works (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Water supply,
Drainage & Sewage, Irrigation, Gas Systems.) in Site as the following:
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the work
of a Mechanical subcontractors.
• Prepare shop drawing as per contract drawing.
• Prepare RFI's, material submittals as per specifications & submit to consultant for
approvals.
• Estimate quantities, cost of materials, equipment or labor to determine project
feasibility.
• Monitor the site progress and ensure compliance with standards and specification
required by the client.
• To inspect sites to monitor progress & ensure conformance to design specifications
• Ensure that the work on site is according to the approved Mechanical drawing and
submittals.
• Ensure that the subcontractor work progress is according to the project schedule.
• Follow the safety regulations and ensure the standard is applied.
• Coordinates any discrepancies on shop drawings between site and technical office.
• Expedite workflow according to the updated plan.

2Basement +ground+35 floor, area for each floor 4850 m2 ( 3 chillers X 340+ 1X400
ton refrigeration ) with fire fighting network, water supply network, sewage network
and irrigation network.
Site Engineer Responsible For :
- Execution For All Mechanical Works (HVAC, Fire Fighting, Water supply,
Drainage, Sewage, Irrigation, Gas System, Ro plant& Elevators…etc.)
in Site as the following:
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the work
of a Mechanical subcontractors.

Five floor, area for each floor 35000 m2 ( 10 chillers X 500 ton refrigeration ) with fire
fighting network, water supply network, sewage network and irrigation network.
- AL OTHAIM MALL, Al DAMMAM(A) AT Dammam - KSA
Four floor, area for each floor 35000 m2 ( 9 chillers X 500 ton refrigeration ) with fire
fighting network, water supply network, sewage network and irrigation network.
1- Technical Office Engineer Responsible For :
- Studying and Analysis of Mechanical Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for Projects.
- Preparation Mechanical Shop Drawings for Projects.
- Making Redesign to Solve any Problem in Mechanical Tender Drawings.
- Prepare Material submittals.
- Prepare monthly invoices and take approval from consultant &client.
2- Site Engineer Responsible For :
- Execution for All Mechanical Works in Site such as:
• HVAC systems.
• Fire Fighting Systems.
• Water supply systems.
• Drainage & Sewage Systems.
• Irrigation Systems.
The Fulfilled work:
1- Egypt Textile factory ’ETF’ (HVAC& PLUMPING)- 10th of RAMADAN FROM
STARS WORK TO FINISH IT (TECHNICAL &SITE WORK).
2- Harem Hotel (Fire Fighting)- Elsheikh coast’’ Sharm Elsheikh’’FROM STARS
WORK TO FINISH IT (TECHNICAL &SITE WORK).
3- Aliser Hotel (Water, Fire, irrigation &Sewage networks)-Elsheikh Coast’’ Sharm
Sheikh’’ (TECHNICAL WORK).
4- New Office Building (HVAC)- INFRA CONSULT(TECHNICAL WORK).
5- Capital Bank Of Sudan (HVAC-Fire fighting-Plumping)-BURHAN
COMPANY (TECHNICAL WORK).
Duties:
-Making Mechanical Designs according to ashrea & smacna codes for:
• Calculate Cooling &Heating loads for different buildings and make selection of the equipments (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs) .
• Distribute air outlets (diffuser, grill, register…etc) and make selection for it.
• Design air duct paths (calculate size, length, weight and insulation).
• Ventilation system and make selection for fans.
• Making Bill Of Quantity (BOQ) for mechanical components.
• Inform senior managers of critical problems at that could lead to process disruption.
• Make decisions in order to prevent emergency situations from occurring
• Prepare necessary permits for the works on site
