Electrical and instrumentation Superintendent
 Supervise and coordinate daily activities with subcontract representatives.
 Responsible for ensuring tools & equipment are maintained, inspected & operated according to the project requirements & procedures.
 Ensure current revision documents are utilized for installation.
 Responsible for the implementation of project policies, procedures, and instructions as assigned.
 Review and verify Electrical detailed DWG. and P&IDs or other project documents as assigned.
 Support & contribute in the permit to work/work authorization as assigned.
 Support and contribute to Bechtel zero-incident program as assigned.
 Liaise, arrange and handover with back to back for shift changes.
 Finish site works within time schedules and budgets.
 Hold weekly progress meetings with the subcontractor to validate provided input and ensure progress is following the project schedule & contract requirements.
 Prepare timely progress reports and coordinate with the management.
 Provide accurate information and data to management for inclusion in progress reports.
 Attend coordination meetings with the project team, client, contractors, sub-contractors and other stakeholders.
 Review and verify corrective actions established from NCR’s and discrepancy reports.

Electrical and instrumentation Completions Engineer
 Manage Work inspections and punch list on TEAMWORKS, Citrix, SETROUTE and InfoWorks software.
 Track system closeout and report to PM in line with turnover
 Report completeness of construction activities and advise PM of deficiencies by way of report.
 Ensure all pre-energization & commissioning activities are witnessed by and signed off as accepted.
 Ensure compliance with the mechanical completion procedure that aligns with the project milestones
 Coordinate with the Construction Quality group to ensure records are properly prior to the status update in the TEAMWORKS.

Work responsibilities:
Leading team of engineers, inspectors, and technicians at the following
• Inspection and supervisor for Erection and Testing for all Electrical Activities
o Steam Turbines, Generators, Transformers, GCB, IPB, Motors, ACC, GIS, and Fuel oil treatment
o MV and LV Switchgears and HV, MV, LV and Control Cables (Megger, HI pot Test) and make sure it complies with drawings, SLD, Protection Philosophy of contract and Specs.
• Inspection and supervisor for Erection and Testing for all Instrumentation Activities
o Temperature, Pressure, Flow, Level and vibration Transmitters, Elements and Indicators
o Control Valves, Motorized Valves, Safety Valves and Hydraulic Valves
o Instruments Tubing and Instrumentation air lines
o DCS, Control Panels, Optical Fiber, HMIs, Ethernet and Topology of power plant and make sure it complies with drawings, Hookup, P&ID, Process Diagram and Specs.
• Implement / prepare quality procedures and documentations systems considering the project requirements and needs.
• Preparing analysis of NCR's (Non-Conformance Reports) and timely presenting to respective project leaders for corrective and preventive actions
• Closing of NCR's on Quality audits in discussions with concerned site In- charges.
• Review method of statement
• Ensure the works result meet clients and Project Contractual requirements regarding the Quality Standards.
• Regular Daily Site visits to ensure QA Procedures are applied properly
• Participate with the construction team to close all punch list items.
• Participate with commissioning team in first fire for the turbines, back energize, Steam Below & hot cleaning
• Prepare Turnover packages TOP with all required documentation.
