Screening qualified applicants, assisting them in creating online profiles, delivering selected applicants’ resumes to the recruiters for the interview, observing the interview process, assisting in administering examinations, observing the process of contract signing, and doing outbound calls for the collection of company requirements. With changing duties every week, I was able to obtain necessary knowledge to develop initiative and become an asset to the company
Conducting case studies and help constructing psychoanalytic therapeutic methods parallel to the
client’s case; helping nurses and psychologists implement the therapeutic activities to the clients.
