• Reports directly to Quality Assurance Manager
• Working closely with stakeholders (internal and external) and its entities to understand and document current process flows in order to map the end to end business processes.
• Identifying bottlenecks and eliminate redundancies in the business processes to maximize the value of the process.
• Assisting in the development and applying data for internal process flow and controls by understanding key process control points and using data to establish baseline performance.
• Ensuring the timely implementation of standard operating guidelines or SOP’s by directing and guiding the key process owners.
• Playing a key role in monitoring, assessing and developing required SOP’s and Quality Scorecards applicable to the respective functions.
• Defining service standards, performance indicators for the key processes
• Framing the Service Level Agreements with various departments and to monitor/track the performance on a regular basis to identify the scope the improvement.
• Uploading, maintaining and improvising on the approved policies/processes.
• Periodically review the operations processes to identify risks, plug the gaps, implement Quick fixes on process issues, update procedures and share best practices to actively participate in the improvement of overall operations.
• Leading and executing various projects / initiative, which are based on the framework of Business Process Improvement of operational excellence.
• Performing diagnostics on identified areas of business to establish the area of improvement and define problems and propose solutions which can be key for turn around.
• Standardizing the Manpower Requirement for each Production Sections.
• Gathering, computing and analyzing the establishments of suggested safety stocks, minimum and maximum stocks,
• Project Management like Solar lighting of the new Parking Area and commissioning of machines (searching of qualified suppliers, quotations and comparative cost-benefit analysis.
