The project value is 5 billion SR, Client is Saudi Arabia National Guard, and Project consultants are DAR Al-Handasah & DAR Al-Riyadh. The project consists of building 5000 villas with all infra-structure and facilities.

Senior Project Architect - Technical Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Managing and directing the technical staff workload & progress to ensure that the required shop drawings & documents are provided to site on time.
• Reviewing all engineering designs and correct / amend where necessary.
• Perform review of tender drawings and raising RFI's / submitting proposals where needed and negotiating with the consultant to achieve the planned schedule of the site progress.
• Intensive follow up with the consultant for getting the shop drawings approvals and providing it with the site team on time.
• Work closely with the construction site team to update them with all of the upcoming variations might be occurred prior handing over the documents officially and to ensure that the variations on work are appropriate and claimed for.
• Review all of the materials and shop drawings before submission to comply with the project tender and specifications, and to ensure all design changes and solutions are implemented and coordinated into the project design documentation.
• Manage, co-ordinate and control all meetings in relation to the construction/design/ shop drawings of specialist contractors package to ensure the overall design requirements are integrated into the project.
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team and ensure client’s needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Follow up all of the finishing works at site to comply with project requirement.
• Daily intensive follow up with consultant requirement to produce works which comply with project requirements.

Senior Project Architect

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparing and coordinating the architectural drawings with the civil and MEP drawings to avoiding conflicts in the layouts and mitigating it.
• Preparing and submitting all of the architectural shop drawings.
• Making and submitting architectural proposals shop drawings and solutions in site and solving problems that might occur during building.
