• Identify usable actionable insights on top contacting drivers based on the deep dive analysis performed by Microsite team
• Create a business documentation along with the problem statement, proposed solution and impact calculation
• Partner with stakeholders, program or tech teams to discuss the issue and plan a fix to improve Seller experience
• Perform the Pre-Post analysis of the implemented fix to understand the actual impact of the proposed fix
• Work closely with Product, Program and Business teams to improve the Seller Experience by reviewing the design of Seller facing products and processes.
• Support the product owners to identify and eliminate the defects that may negatively affect Sellers on Amazon. We also review and analyse Seller created cases (Data Dive and Ticket Dives), Business Documents, process maps, workflows, conduct pre-launch Seller experience testing
• Provide real time Andon cord and escalation support to Selling Partner Support Associates
• Coach and mentor associates to ensure they meet the required performance standards for quality & productivity
• Prepare and facilitate daily start-up meetings
• Demonstrate appropriate sense of urgency for phone and email service levels
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanour and portray the company in a positive light
• Guide associates in completing the request and back up the Supervisor as necessary
• Responsible for continuous utilization of standard work tools as they relate to key collaboration strategies within the Microsite setting
