•Managing the administration of benefits and their appropriate accruals, including allowances, tickets, insurance, etc.
•Managing the Payroll function
•Managing the new HRMS implementation including testing, data migration, staff training, etc.
•Planning and developing, compensation and reward policies, structures and practices that are in accordance with Bank strategy for all staff. Advice line management on compensation and benefits issues.
•Analyzing staff data and provide requisite reporting to all levels of management ensuring validity and integrity of data.
•Coordinating the pay review and reward procedures, including the monitoring of performance reviews and their impact on pay and reward levels. Administer the staff incentive schemes in the Bank and ensure all applicable all staff are paid accurately and on time.
•Providing support, advice and guidance to line management on the interpretation and implementation of all H.R. Policies and Procedures. Review and maintain up to date compensation and benefits policies and procedures and revisions as necessary.
•Participating in relevant salary surveys run externally, including salary data-sheets and questionnaires and initiate and co-coordinate surveys run internally.
•Managing, develop, coach and motivate staff team members to ensure they meet all team objectives, including the accurate and timely completion of related administration. Conduct annual performance reviews to staff members as appropriate.
•Assisting in special project assigned, prepare and present on-going project reports and coordinate communication between project team members.
Manager HRD Research & Planning

Managing a Team of HR professsionals.
Manage, develop, coach and motivate team members to ensure they meet all team objectives.
Managing all activities related to employees' development needed to achieve strategic business objectives.
Planing, designing, conducting and evaluating the effectiveness of employees development programs
Analyze manpower plans including trainees’ absorption into established positions, examining all possible implications and specific impacts on current manning levels, vacancies and Kuwitization status in light of the organization's approved budget.
Supervising, implementing and administering the Performance Management System (PM) and Assessment activities assuring alignment with the Bank Policies and strategic objectives.
Planning & Implementing the Bank’s Career Management Plan in line with its vision and strategic priorities.
Administeration, monitoring and following up Succession Planning program to ensure continuity of leadership that supports the Bank's long term objectives
Oversee organizational design, manpower planning, Job description & job evaluation activities.
Reporting manpower statistics, recruitment & manpower plans updates to the Bank’s senior management and board members.
Participate in Cross-functional Teams and in special project
Solely responsible for designing and introducing the “Burgan Career” online application page back in 2006 which has considerably minimized the number of walk-in candidates, paper consumption, screening, filing and archiving efforts.
