• Scheduling project execution and ensure progressing as planned.

• Supervision of draft man’s work of shop drawings, as-built planes and other drafting works.
• Train and manage people for Installation requirements (conduit, cable, termination, pre-commissioning and commissioning)

• Cooperate with QA/QC Engineering and assist for getting approval for material and construction work from the consultant.

• Managing operation team consisting of more than 50 technicians and distributing responsibilities.
• Risk planning and putting solution procedure and action plan for accidents.
