• Support general HR operations in MEA region.
• Participate in strategic HR planning; HR budgeting; setting of HR Objectives
• Provide support in setting up HR Department post acquisition of business.
• Support the entire employee life cycle; Recruitment, On-boarding, Development, Retention, Off-Boarding.
• Facilitate end to end recruitment and selection process; advertise, screen; interview; evaluation and selection of talent.
• Work closely with all business head and HODs for manpower planning and budgeting.
• Coordinate and maintain good relationship with recruitment agencies and online job portal providers.
• Develop, update, implement and ensure employee compliance to HR Policies and Procedures.
• Update and implement employee handbook.
• Compensation and Benefits Benchmarking and Implementation.
• Support Performance Management Cycle, from planning, execution and monitoring to review and evaluation.
• Create summary and evaluate performance reviews; discuss performance incentive; promotions; transfers and trainings required with the line managers.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations mattes; attend to grievances, disputes and disciplinary procedures. Consult with internal or legal counsel when required.
• Employee Engagement; Work closely with Cultural Team to improve the overall employee engagement and experience from the recruitment process to end of employment.
• Identify Training needs and opportunities. Maintain the training calendar
• Prepare and facilitate in-house staff training sessions, workshops and team building activities.
• Handle the on-boarding process; reference checks, prepare and issue offer letter, employment contract and other required documentation; conduct induction trainings for new employees.
• Handle the off-boarding process; prepare all documents for termination of employment, final settlement and conduct interview exit.
• Oversee leave management, medical insurance, annual tickets and other employee benefits.
• Oversee monthly payroll administration for employees.
• Update and maintain HR employee database and documentation insuring 100% compliance to policies and procedures.
• Develop and complete HR projects to improve practices within the organization.
• Coordinate with the PRO for visa applications and with Free zone authorities; TECOM, DSP, DMCC and DIFC.
• Attend and perform HR ad hoc activities.
• Supervise HR Administrator.

• Support the general HR activities and the entire employee life cycle.
• Organize and facilitate the end-to-end of recruitment and selection process.
• Work closely with department managers to identify unknown requirements.
• Prepare and negotiate offer letter, employment contracts with the new joiners.
• Handle on boarding process, ensure that the pre-employment procedures are done and provide orientation trainings.
• Handle off boarding process and completion of off boarding formalities.
• Handle employee relations issues; answer inquiries, dispute, grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Prepare weekly report and presentation for submittal to HR manager.
• Participate in HR deliberation, budgeting and planning.
• Monitor, maintains and update HR Database, employees’ files, manage data entry, and control documents.
• Organizes orientation and safety induction for new employees for familiarization to the policies and procedures.
