• Installing, Configuring & Administering (Windows Server”2012, 2016, 2019”, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Routing, NAT, VPN, VMWare).

• Administration for operating systems, (local / global) pharmatheutical applications, Coordination for IT-Tech Ops and IT-Applications and technical support for LAB, dispensing and productions department (e.g. Granulation systems, Press-Fette, Fedegari Autoclave, HVAC monitoring system, Christ Water Station, (IMA, Scanware )Camera (Vision System), Print Verification systems, Garvens Check Weigher, sotax Application, MetrOhm systems, Chromelon Global application for (LAB Water systems), ....... etc.).

• Analyze equipment problems, Implements, troubleshoots and maintains the computerized systems at site (e.g. desktop, laptops, LAB systems, SCADA systems, remote printers, LAN Network. etc.) to support and take corrective action for company’s finished goods labs, ware-house, dispensing and production units.

• Design and implement short and long-term strategic plans making networks, and hosting services capacity meet existing and future requirements, Plan and organize computerized system project(s), with Quality Assurance dep, Qualification for global requirements.

• Taken and archiving Backup data from SCADA systems and local computerized systems with a time planed, and restore the systems when fail with the least possible time.

• Export, filter, analysis and explain database action from Audit trail files to review for local computerized and SCADA systems, according to IT and periodic review-SOPs.

• Evaluation of new software packages and equipment.

• Implements and tests prototypes, by Computer system validation (one CSV), Documents for Software Qualification.

• To ensure compliance to all the site applicable HSE policies and procedures to ensure safe work environment and zero harm to people.

• Provides technical support and guidance to client through consulting, teaching and publication of documentation.

• Have good knowledge for Linux, Red hat
