• Lead end-to-end IT Operations function, overseeing daily infrastructure stability, performance, and
availability across enterprise and client-facing environments.
• Manage and coordinate internal infrastructure teams and external technical resources, ensuring
aligned execution of operational tasks, projects, and service delivery commitments.
• Own data center operations, including compute, storage, and network infrastructure, ensuring
continuous uptime, redundancy, failover readiness, and capacity optimization.
• Define and enforce operational standards, IT policies, and infrastructure governance frameworks to
ensure consistency, security, and compliance across environments.
• Act as primary escalation point for major incidents (P1/P2), driving incident response, root cause
analysis (RCA), and permanent corrective actions.
• Oversee service delivery performance management, ensuring adherence to SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs
across internal teams and outsourced providers.
• Lead infrastructure lifecycle management, including planning, upgrades, patching strategies, and
end-of-life (EOL/EOS) transitions for systems and platforms.
• Manage and optimize virtualized and hyperconverged environments (VMware vSphere, Nutanix
AHV, Hyper-V) ensuring high availability (HA), performance efficiency, and workload balancing.
• Supervise Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP) operations, including failover
testing, replication validation, and recovery readiness aligned with defined RTO/RPO targets.
• Oversee enterprise backup and recovery strategies (Veeam, Cohesity, Synology) ensuring data
integrity, recoverability, and protection against data loss scenarios.
• Manage endpoint security operations, including EDR platforms (CrowdStrike, Kaspersky, Symantec)
and ensuring consistent policy enforcement across endpoints.
• Lead infrastructure monitoring and observability strategy, leveraging tools such as SolarWinds,
Cacti, and centralized logging systems to enable proactive issue detection.
• Oversee security event monitoring and correlation (SIEM - FortiSIEM) to improve threat visibility,
incident response time, and operational security posture.
• Manage network and infrastructure services, including DNS, DHCP, VLAN segmentation, routing,
switching, and firewall coordination in collaboration with security teams.
• Coordinate vendor management and external service providers, ensuring delivery quality, contract
adherence, and technical alignment with business needs.
• Drive automation and operational efficiency initiatives, reducing manual workloads through
scripting (PowerShell) and process standardization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to align IT operations with organizational
objectives and service delivery requirements.
• Provide executive-level reporting and dashboards covering infrastructure health, risk exposure,
capacity trends, and service performance metrics.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in architecture design, system troubleshooting, and performance
optimization to ensure deep technical control and operational awareness.
