• Serving as a QC Civil Engineer on behalf of NEOM Consulting Team for the prestigious TROJENA
Project, part of NEOMs mountainous tourism and infrastructure development.
• Attending the Daily/Weekly Meetings to discuss and highlight the Quality Concerns, site issues,
challenges, and proposals reporting to Regional and Project Quality Managers.
• Witnessing receiving material inspections and reconfirming in compliance with approved MAT, STG,
PQD, PO, DN, CO, BL, IRN, IR, MTC/TPR and vendor approval as per the Inspection
category/criticality (NEOM Category) of the materials.
• Review, monitoring and implementation of QMS Procedures, PQP, ITPs, method statements and
inspection checklists.
• Attending and verifying the work inspections/Onsite tests submitted by the contractor are following
Project Specifications including ITP, IFC, Shop drawing, Mockup/Benchmark inspection, MS,
checklist as well as the subsequent activities are approved.
• Conducted finishing inspections for high-end villas and public facilities, covering plastering,
ceramic/marble tiling, gypsum ceilings, internal/external paint, wood doors, Fire-Rated & Non Fire
Rated Doors.
• Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections or technical investigations of buildings and structures
and Architectural & Civil related field issues.
• Conducted thorough inspections for adherence to project specifications, resulting in reduced defects.
• Review of construction materials specifications, analyze material approvals, material receiving &
delivery inspections, witness/monitor material sampling & testing.
• Monitoring all construction activities & materials in accordance with the approved drawings,
procedures, specifications and preparing various inspection reports on field activities. Identification of
non-conforming work and/or materials & preparation and issuance of non-conformance reports, review
& implementation of corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities.
• Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections or technical investigations of buildings and structures
and civil related field issues.
• Attending requests for inspection of civil activities, material sampling inspection & testing, third party
civil testing witness and analyze test results for compliance with requirements.
• Inspect construction activities like steel reinforcement, formwork, concrete placement, concrete
finishing and coating application, grouting, Precast & pre-stressed concrete, steel structure &
fireproofing for steel structure, masonry, building exterior, interior finishes, waterproofing &
roofing systems, utilities & sewerage system, asphalt pavement & road works, bridges,
earthworks, ground improvement techniques, early site works to ensure compliance with
approved drawings, applicable standards and requirements.
• Conducting thorough surveillance of Project for Non-Compliance and documentation of observations
for further escalation

• Review, evaluate & verify construction drawings, project specifications, Method statements, quality
control procedures, and other related documents for conformance with international engineering
standards, project codes and requirements.
• Supervise finishing works including external façades, internal walls, flooring, ceilings, and fit-outs
• Review, monitoring and implementation of QMS Procedures, PQP, ITPs, method statements and
inspection checklists.
• Make certain that the MEP Services/activities are concluded before proceeding onward with activities
performed by the main and subcontractors, additionally submitting clearances towards the same for
approvals to avert observations and non-conformities.
• Participating in quality management system internal & external audits.
• Inspected products, components, and materials for defects and compliance with tolerance standards.
• Inspected quality of products, taking note of functionality, appearance and other specifications.
• Inspected incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and quality.
• Liaise with third party testing agencies, attending quality meetings with project stake holders &
