Job Description:
Supervised in Electrical works in Rehabilitation & Modernization of Jinnah Barrage Mianwali.
Worked as Project coordinator for Rahim Yar Khan 500/220/132kV and Gujrat 220/132kV Substation and associated Transmission lines Project.
Assigned on site office at Rahim Yar Khan 500/220/132 kV Substation for a month for the electrical and civil works inspection.
Reviewed Technical Drawings and test reports regarding HV Busbar, Single Line Diagrams, equipment layout plans, section drawings, etc. for RYK 500/220/132KV Substation.
Reviewed Contract Drawings of different Substations including Guddu, Rahim Yar Khan, New Lahore and Gujrat Substations.
Assisted in compiling Contract Document for Substation at Neelam-Jehlum Hydropower Project and MORO 3rd Circuit.
Worked in the Quality Assurance team on Rapid Transit Bus Service (BRTS) project, Lahore.
Reviewed the Layout and Sectional drawings of Rahim Yar Khan 500/220/132kV and Gujrat 220/132kV Substation for further correspondence with the client and contractor.
Studied in detail operation of Substation equipment including Surge Arresters, Transformers, Line Traps, Circuit Breakers, etc.
Worked on completion of Contract documents of different HV substations.
I successfully completed a 4 week internship program in Packages Pvt. Ltd. Lahore wokring in the Instrumentation Department as an Internee.
I worked in Instrumentation department under supervision of Senior Engineer.
I visited Electrical Winding shop where I saw Induction motor, AC synchronous motor, DC
motor.
I visited HT and LT rooms, where the switch gears and transformers were installed. My supervisor gave a detail description of how the raw material for tissues is prepared and how it is converted to tissue by passing through different processes.
I also worked on PLC’s (Programmable Logic Array). I worked on SIEMENS software “SIMATIC MANAGER” with the help of which I learnt how to program PLC.
