-Drive LEAN change and communicate with employees to ensure consistent deployment of tools and processes of the LEAN approach
-Drive Projects Continuous Improvement according to LEAN approach and support Leaders of improvement projects
-Manage Operational teams to develop the practices of the LEAN approach
-Provide Operational staff counseling and expert support LEAN approach (both in methodology and tools)
-Ensure the management of FMEA
-New products industrialisation
-Conduct & manage Process Improvment projects

Ensure the development and respect of the current schedule and new projects.
Design, Develop and optimize the assembly process
Calculate the investment costs for new projects and changes
Ensure flexibility (adapting to monthly fluctuations in Customer Program (CP))
Track the development of projects and special processesnecessary for manufacturing (particular attention to aspects of Ergonomics and Environment, Health and Safety at Work).
Ensure accountability of the Steering & monitoring manufacturing & delivery
conduct and manage PFMEA.
Study and participate in the selection and ordering of the production equipment
Continuously improve the flow and assembly lines using performance
continuous improvement efforts, "Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma."
Participate in project reviews meetings

Inspects and tours facility to detect existing or potential accident or health hazards and recommends corrective or preventative measures where needed.
Procedure and safety standard training and communicate regularly with employees on Safety Regulations and PPE requirements
Provide training and guidance to all personnel on the use and practice of Lean principles and waste reduction tools.
Identify opportunities, coordinate, and execute continuous improvement events including value streams to eliminate waste and add value.
Work with all departments to analyze established designs to optimize efficient use of materials, space, machines and people.
Actively participate in and/or lead process improvements of 6S (Safety, sort, set in order, shine, standardize and Sustain) teams and 6S committee to promote cross-functional ideas.
Provide support in the development of a problem solving / waste reduction culture at all levels of the plant organization.
Implement and maintain the 6S program for optimal workplace organization
Sustain improvement activities for safety practices and continuous improvement measures.
