1) Has worked on the quarterly limited reviews mandated by Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement to the Indian stock exchange and audit of a manufacturing company that is listed on the National and Bombay stock exchange having a turnover of Rs 1500 crores.
Areas handled: Comparative analysis of segment reporting, working capital position of the company, payroll cost and verification of the correctness of financial statement disclosures based on the Indian accounting standards and the Indian financial reporting framework.
2) Has worked on the IFRS audit of a MNC that is an IT company, having a turnover of Rs 30, 000 million and IGAAP audit of its Indian subsidiaries.
Areas handled: Comparatively analysis of payroll cost and related liabilities, in case of the MNC and comparatively analysis of revenue and other costs, verification of adequacy of the financial statement disclosures based on the Indian accounting standards, preparation of letter of representation on behalf of the client, audit report and summary of audit issues and audit procedures performed to address the same, in case of the audit of the Indian entities of the foreign company.
3) Was put in charge of the audit of an IT company, an Indian subsidiary of a foreign company having a turnover of Rs 23 crores.
4) Has worked on the audit of a manufacturing company having a turnover of Rs 200 crores.
Areas handled: Comparative Analysis of export incentives such as export rebate, duty drawback and working capital position of the company.
Merits
Was awarded the ‘Excellator’ for a quarter for performing well during the payroll audit of an MNC that is an IT company having an employee strength of 12000 employees.
