-Working closely with mechanical, hydraulic engineers and technicians to ensure project is delivered on time and within budgets.
-Leading a team of six persons including trainee engineers, electricians and mechanic technicians.
-Responsible for developing, installation, repairing managing/maintaining, calibrations, and tests of electrical systems and instruments.
-Managing the different operations and project within the cost and time considered and making the projects sure with meeting electrical and construction safety regulations.
- Identifying costumer’s requirements, attending meetings on site.

- Designing electrical systems for driving and ensuring control and safety of hydraulic machines and systems (Cranes, winches, power packsand testbenches).
- Design and manufacturing of switch gears, following up with the manufacturing and weather with sub-contractors or with technicians in workshop for the respect of the standards and dead-lines.
- Define cables sizes and supervising operations of panel’s installation, cable laying and termination.
- TroubleshootingCommissioning and testing of electrical systems and hydraulics in ships (Anchor windless, Anchor handling winches, Towing winches, Deck crane, Deck Manipulators, Capstan, Thruster systems, Life boat rams, Davit crane, Taut wire systems, Bell winches, Umbilical winches, Towing pin systems, Rudder and Steering systems, Cargo valve systems, Hydraulic cylinders, Accumulators, all kind of valves and Earth moving Heavy machines.), and in industry CNC shearing and press machine, crushers horse tread mills …ect.
- Troubleshooting of all type of hydro-electric valves (logic and analog), temperature, flow, pressure, RPM sensors and controllers.
- Preparing BOQ, BOM and ordering for spare parts and components, correspond with machine makers & supplier / vendors regarding the purchase of machine parts.
- Responsible of the training of the trainee electrical engineers and technicians.

04/2011 - 12/2011: Starting up of the manufactory

Closely working with the technical manager, mechanical engineers, and automation engineers

- Reviewing all shop drawing, load calculation and cable sizing.
- Supervision of installation of machines and switch gears.
- Responsible of design and execution of cable laying operation and termination cabling of all motors, JB, panels.
- Parametring, testing of all soft starters, VFD, and motor controllers.
- Installation of sensors, calibration and testing as per the process.

01/2012 - 03/2014: Shift maintenance engineer

- Carrying on all preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and applying corrective maintenance to all plant facilities and equipment.
- Intervention in case of failures and troubleshooting of electrical panels, motors, soft starters, VFD. PLC, servo drive, electrical and electronic components and machines (tunnel oven, crushers, Dryers, compressors, conveyors, excavators, dampeners…ect)
- Participation in budget Management of maintenance by organizing the curative maintenance
- Ensuring appropriate technical support to production managers and company departments in decision making for improving the production, quality and/or any change proposal request.
- Studyand monitoring and supervision of extensions new projects.

-- Participation in the planning and supervision of preventive maintenance tasks.
- Daily and periodic inspection of all machines, Giving guidelines, Coordinating workers, making analysis, recording history of machines
- Troubleshooting of the machines and all the electrical equipment.
- Collaborate with other departments in order to improve the production and the quality.
