A total of 19 years in construction industry 12 years in general construction of building, infrastructure water and sewerage, road works, construction, erection and installation of 69/138/240 kV substation and 8 years for interior fit-out projects.
I am well-verse when it comes to different aspects of Quantity surveying & Estimation works such as
1. Commercial contracts, budget/allowance monitoring, variation orders, submitting interim payments certificates, coordinating with client representatives, preparing cost report to commercial managers.
2. Subcontract work orders and suppliers - obtaining quotations and reviewing, placing work orders, preparing and issuing LOI and subcontract agreement, reviewing invoices and issuing subcontractors payment certificates.
3. Tender contracts review, prepare bill of quantities, unit pricing, detailed pricing I am well-verse when it comes to different aspects of Quantity surveying & Estimation works such as
