* Inspect MEP installations (HVAC, fire fighting, power systems, lighting, water supply, drainage, etc.).
* Verify that materials and workmanship meet project specifications and codes.
* Ensure that shop drawings are followed correctly on site.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the proper execution of MEP works.
* Document and report internal SORs and NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions.
* Prepare and maintain logs for clearances, inspections, testing, and approvals.
* Conduct site MEP works inspections aligned with approved designs, and attend inspections with consultants.
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other inspectors to resolve MEP issues.
* Ensure all MEP work complies with safety regulations.

*Executing and monitoring installation of HVAC, Chilled Water services and Equipment’s.
(Installation of Chilled Water Piping, HVAC Ducting, Fan coil unit (FCU), Air Handling
Unit (AHU), Heat Exchangers, Hydronic Pumps etc).
*Executing and monitoring installation of Plumbing, Drainage services and Equipment’s.
(Installation of Plumbing, Drainage pipe work, Transfer/Circulation and Rainwater Pumps,
Treatment units, Sanitary Fixtures etc).
*Review and coordinate plans and drawings for Mechanical, Plumbing, Sanitary versus
Architectural and Structural and ensure strict implementation.
*Responsible for review and submission of Shop Drawings and As-built Drawings for
consultant’s approval.
*Review and validation of Engineers design to align with local authority regulations,
international standards like BS, ASTM, ASHRAE, QCS, SMACNA, NFPA, and
conventional Engineering practices.
*Ensures for all materials and equipment to be used and approved are properly installed and
workings to its specifications.
*Responsible for Raising Consultant Request for Inspection (CRFI).
*Closely coordinating with site personnel and assisting projects engineer in resolving issues.
*Contract management for Mechanical, Plumbing/Sanitary and fire protection of
subcontractors.
*Supervise completion of work for MEP in line with the general Schedule.
*Implement changes as required correcting problems by raising Request for Information (RFI)
to the Main Client/Consultant.
* Detect any possible faults and/or discrepancies in the Consultants’ Design Drawings and
suggest viable alternatives to overcome issues.
*Preparing material detailed schedule as per site requirements and Project specifications.
*Reviewing Material Quotations from vendors and Technically Evaluating for final approval.
*Prepare material Order Release as per material schedule and additional variation works.
*Preparation of Material Submittals of the Equipment’s (HVAC, Plumbing and Drainage) by
thoroughly reviewing the Project Specification’s/Requirements & Preparation of relevantCompliance Statements for getting the Approvals.
