Gathering Center permit to work holder (PTW) hot and cold Preventive and Corrective maintenance in process control system, Safe guarding system, Fire & Gas system and Compressor control system. Breakdown maintenance and shutdown maintenance. Start up sequence trouble shooting of compressors and shipping pump. Equipment improvement activities. Working in Delta V and Honeywell DCS system. Honeywell FSC system, HIMA PLC system including Commissioning and Decommissioning of Field bus Instrument, Checking of trends and alarm summary for troubleshooting of loops and Devices, maintenance override switch (MOS ) and changing control mode. Troubleshooting of Varity of instrument in process measurements.
Calibration and troubleshooting of various transmitters, Control Valves, High and Low alarm switches for Pressure, temperature, level and Flow, Temperature Elements, Vibration probes, Level measuring instruments, Solenoid valves, Actuators, speed sensors, governors etc. Calibration and troubleshooting of Pneumatic transmitters, Pneumatic positioner. And control system.
