DEPARTMENT: CREDIT - Credit cards
Working in Credit Operations Department as part of a team in a busy office environment includes processing, cleaning, inputting and approving data.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
✓  Working on Finn one CAS.
 Post approval duties include verifying relevant information provided by customer
 After verification carefully approve case and generate account number and credit card number
 Coordinate with sales to verify customer’s information
 Coordinate with credit department for approvals
 Prescreening documents if all documents are correct enter into the system if not decline case to sales coordinator.
 Entering data accurately onto computerized databases & excel spreadsheets
 Maintaining up-to-date records of clients Applications for Credit Card.
 Scrutiny of Application Forms
 Reviewing validation output and performing specified manual checks on the data to ensure consistency and completeness.
 Follow up rejected Application Forms with Sales coordinator.
 Coordinate with Salecoordinator.
 Scanning documents in to the Document Management System (DMS).
 Submitting scanned documents to Credit Operations.
 Coordinate with Credit Operations team.
 Reporting to the Manager
