Primary tasks are solution designing, integration and consultancy as per customer requirement, prepare HLD /LLD and oversee implementation of the projects. Lead the project implementation, guide the implementation team for project implementation and handle any escalations.
My other responsibilities include,
Analyzing RFP, customers’ requirements and identifying their needs and proposing a solution matching to their business requirements.
Designing and implementing datacentre and LAN / WAN / SECURITY / WIRELESS / systems Infrastructure as per customers business requirement.
Lead the Infrastructure team in Designing, implementing, and securing Active directory, exchange 2010/2013, MOSS, and SCCM.
Design and Implement Load balancers, spam filters, SAN storage (EMC and Dell), Blade servers, Symantec backup solutions and other server infrastructures for clients.
Knowledge transfer to Team members as well as to clients during NRFU.
Key Project & Achèvements
Designed and implemented Active directory, exchange 2010, File servers, & Storage, and Network infrastructure for Good Harbour Consultancy using VMware vSphere 5.1, EMC VNX San Storage, Dell Servers, Cisco switches(redundant 4500 as core and 3560 series in access ) & Router and firewall( redundant 2800 series routers an ASA 5520 firewalls ).
Designed and implemented LAN &IPT for Cromwell hospital, Alain using cisco Routers, switches, firewalls and Cisco CME.
Designed and implemented Datacenter, network infrastructure and Server infrastructure (VMware vSphere 5.1, AD, Exchange 2010 ) for Sea Palace using Dell servers, EMC VNX 5500 San Storage, Symantec backup exec, HP 4048 tape libraries windows 2008 OS, Cisco switches& Routes and fortinet firewall.
Designed, implemented and secured Server and network infrastructure for Initiative management consultancy to support around 500 users. Foritnet 1000 series, Cisco 6500 series switches, 3800 routers, cisco 5508 series wireless controller and access points, Safenet authentication system is used for network implementation .

Performed multifaceted role as IT Infrastructure LEAD for Royal group of companies. Managed a team of 6 direct reporters, tasked with ensuring system continuity and optimal uptime for group IT users. Held responsibility for functional area of hiring, training, mentoring, performance appraisals and carrier developments for the IT department. Oversaw daily support of servers, network devices, software’s and email in addition to contributing expertise in decision making of technologies used at group companies. Develop and present cost/benefit analysis, designs and implementation plans to group companies.

Lead the Infrastructure team in Designing, implementing, and securing an organization wide Active Directory services (Windows 2003) and messaging systems (Ms Exchange 2007&ISA2006/Google antispam), which supports more than 1600 users.
Centralized security policy enforcement using windows 2003 Group policy/ McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator.
Lead the team in Implementing SCCM 2007 to assess, deploy and update servers and client computers. Implemented SCOM 2007 to monitor servers and application services.
Lead the team in implementing MOSS 2007 farm. It includes configuring Shared Services, Search Services, My Site configuration, Active Directory import etc.

Lead the Infrastructure team in securing and integrating group companies’ network with the Head office Network infrastructure over IPsec VPN and MPLS/Leased lines.
Designed and implemented 300+node network at Reem Aluminum (Group Company) using Cisco Switches (4500, 3600) and ASA 5520.
Designed and implemented corporate Data center at new group building and moved the existing Data centre from the old location to New Corporate HQ with least down time.
Designed and implemented A campus LAN (800 nodes) for Royal Group Head office using Cisco (4500, 6500 switches, 3800 series routers, wireless LAN controllers and fortigate firewalls) and Alcatel IP PBX.
Disaster Recovery Site for Royal Group Data centre with Virtualization Technologies
AS a leading member of team of Three, I am responsible for designing, implementing and securing Central and branch offices networks and branch office connectivity spanned over Middle East, Asia and Africa. I was mainly responsible in developing defense policies using access list in Routers, firewalls (PIX, Net Screen, Symantec gateway and ISA server2000/2004). I took Lead in implementing & maintaining Site to Site and Remote access VPN (IPSec & SSL VPN) using pix and Cisco routers, for Clients Secure Remote connectivity. Instrumental In implementing Heart Beat clustering (Linux) and windows 2003 clustering, for our Data centre servers (Comtrust(Dubai), I advantage(Hong Kong)).
•Implemented Real Data Center (7.5/4.5)with Raised Floor, FM 200 Fire Suppression, A/C, 20Kv UPS, 7 “42” U Rack, Side Class wall with Biometrics Door.•Establishing branch office connectivity using leased line, Isdn, site - site and host -site VPN.•Implementing organization wide antivirus strategies using Symantec antivirus. Configuring and monitoring Host based Firewall like Black ICE and real secures Sensors.
•Install, Configure and, maintins Red Hat linux servers, web servers, data base/Application servers and mail Servers (Ms exchange 2003) in production environment.•Installing and configuring Cisco Routers(2600, 2800, 3800) & switches(2960.3560, 4200), Pix firewall, HP proliant ML, DL séries and IBM servers .•Planning and Implement Backup strategies and Replication for Data Base (MS SQL200/2005, & MS exchange 2003) using Veritas Backup.

Hardware &Network Engineer: Involved in System integration & giving support to customers in terms of Hardware & Network Solutions. Typically involved in Designing and implementing LAN in Customer Premise with Operating system like Windows 95/98, Windows NT 4.0 and Novel Netware 3.12 etc. other responsibilities include,
•Provide solution and designing networks for customers for the physical layer components for structured cabling (Hubs, Switches, Cabling, Terminal Servers etc.)
