Key Projects in Etihad Airways (Apr 2014 to Present as Demand Manager)
1. Managed VA (Virgin Australia) and EY (Etihad) partnership successfully with a 6% increase in alliance RASK for 2015 summer. This is achieved by addressing the communication gaps in the system and commercial elements and by ensuring the alignment in inventory and pricing strategies.
2. Formulated and implemented network demand changes for FCR (Fare Class Rationalization) in tight timelines. Liaised with pricing and inventory teams to Implement the network level Demand adjustments in 7 days to prevent the revenue dilution.
3. Devised tactical and strategic inventory controls for AU POS that resulted in increased revenues despite challenging economic conditions. Forecast accuracy coupled with the strong market understanding resulted in identifying various revenue opportunities in Australian markets.
4. Liaised with inventory and PROS research teams to develop, maintain and foster an acceptable and legit "Forecast review process" for Demand Managers in light of new system and new organizational structure.
5. Created a process to identify and prevent revenue dilution in codeshare flights. This is transformed as a monthly task for Demand Managers team to verify and alert relevant stake holders.
6. Liaised with Revenue Management training and corporate strategy teams to set the business processes for Demand Managers in the organizational restructuring.
Other Projects include building data models like cancellation rate, Market elasticity analysis, booking velocity, peak dashboard etc. to ease the understanding of the team in various RM processes

Initiated and implemented Analytics in Big Data environment to improve quality of data driven decisions. This large scale project was successfully completed and the analytics were distributed to relevant stakeholders to drive data informed decisions
2) Customer Segmentation (IQ Analysis)
Increased the market penetration by carrying out customer segmentation for the account managers. This project is adopted by SocialTwist as a product feature and is published in wall street journal and MediaPost (References below)

1) Worked on waterfall optimization and bad debt analysis to improve revenue.
