•Spearheading team of over 25 members and 12 clients across geographies to deliver the run services will all contractual & SLA obligations while automating SAP including System Health Checks, SAP refreshes / restore, SAP Start / Stop via scripts and supporting AWS and AZURE migrations from SAP Applications
•Ensuring seamless communication and timely reports to stakeholders on SAP project status while monitoring project progress on issues such as quality, costs, planning and resources
•Leading projects through aggressive project governance processes; presenting changes, issues, risks and contingency plans to Portfolio Steering committees to balance project resources, schedules and scope
•Building a technically strong & highly motivated workforce; monitoring resource utilization and productivity; developing learning & development programs and driving knowledge management initiatives
