Responsible for setting targets with the principals in line with market trend & company objectives.
Responsible for achievement of the Top line (margins).
Responsible for maintaining the stock cover at all times by analyzing in market sales and current stock levels, followed by effective interaction with the vendor.
Responsible for the marketing spend (ATL & BTL) in co ordination with the vendor.
Developing business plans in consultation with the vendors for achieving turnover, revenue and market share growth and ensuring their implementation in coordination with sales and merchandising team.
To help sales team in negotiating the long term agreements with key accounts to ensure exclusive availability & visibility.
To regularly review business with key accounts & to implement activities within their accounts to ensure that sales targets are met with.
Conducting market and competitor analysis and analyzing to innovate strategies to counter competitor initiatives.
Responsible for setting the promotion calendar and suggest new promotions for sales team.
Negotiating with suppliers for favorable purchase/supply terms and marketing support.
Established and maintained long term professional relations with suppliers and vendor representatives.
Responsible for setting the targets for Koala and Front,
Follow up the market trend(Upper Trade & Lower Trade),
Responsible for marketing activities (ATL & BTL) in co ordination with agency.
Daily follow up the achievement of the sales team VS target,
Ensure the availability & visibility (Upper Trade) and availability (Lower Trade)
