RESPONSIBILITES:
• Ensure complete compliance of the organizational policies throughout the company.
• Assist in the management and Updating of the HR related information on the website, local intranet and Social Networking Sites.
• Prepare and place all internal and external advertisements for recruitment.
• Receive applications, manage them according to the relevant vacancies, help in the short listing, record in HR Database and send invitation emails to applied candidates.
• Arrange interviews in accordance with panel member’s availability and keep a complete record of the same.
• Policy making and update employee handbook.
• Organize interviews of the candidates, prepare and send out successful and unsuccessful responses to candidates.
• Assist in the new employees on boarding process and orientation.
• Assist in the employees Exit Process.
• Assist with the arrangements for organizational training.
• To assist with the Annual Performance Appraisal.
• To assist with the salary review processes (Routine and Exceptions)
• Assist in recording the Daily Attendance/leave status and related working/records
• Arranging routine/non routine meetings
• Keep Employee Filing System & HR Database (Both Manual and Electronic) up to date
• Scan/Print/Fill-in paperwork for electronic filing and/or filing the same.
• Produce reports from the personnel database.
• Maintain routine correspondence and draft appropriate response and keep a complete record of the same.
• Provide response to general HR enquiries received through email/post/calls/online and keep a complete record of them.
• Assist the HR Manager with research and other special projects.
• Maintain liaison with the Education Institutions contacts.
• Take an active role in creating a safe and healthy work environment.
