Responsible to perform coordination duties in support of sales and marketing activities of intermediates business with customers and with company departments including MMD, Laboratory, operations, etc. Maintains accurate sales records in the ERP system based on sales areas and distribution channels. Responsible for generating required MIS reports related to sales. Provides effective customer services including coordinating sales follow-up activities for described customers/territories/countries/areas/products. Responsible for follow up of advance payments/LCs/bank guarantees for shipment as well as payment for the outstanding invoices in assigned areas...
