Main Responsibilities:
Facilitate all aspects of summit and or conference planning from design to agenda to production
Design:
Logo, Brand Guidelines, Collaterals, Virtual Platform Branding
Conference Producer:
Build Agenda, Source and Connect to Speakers, Produce and Direct Speakers at Conference, Backstage Moderation, Oversee conference session logistics, Budgets, Post Event Reporting, Sales team support
Marketing:
Research and write content, Create and deploy event marketing communications via email, web, social media

and range sheets for the designers and buyers, always keep these sheets
updated and communicate any changes to the styles to the designers,
patternmakers, and production.
- Do stacking of colours sheets and keep updated and communicate any

- Do all garment drawings on the computer for Technical packages
and range sheets for the designers and buyers
- Design in house newsletter and create company spirit.
- Design and do layout of Birthday club card, generic packaging, fashion
bags, newspaper ads.
- Assist on fashion shoots.
Maintain all paint work and theming in the park.
Use paint techniques to create an aged look on buildings and in
restaurants.
Design new signage for new Restaurant, get it made up and paint it.
Create games and paint up for use on stage.
