- Configure third party applications and setting up integrations tools with others Systems.
- Prepare Technical and Training Documentation (Installation, Implementation, and End user Manuals).
- Prepare capturing applications with attached scanners (Panasonic, canon, HP and Avision).
- Provide customer support service and training for end users and technical Administrators.
- Installing and configurations database servers (MYSQL, MSSQL).
- Installation, Configuration, and Support windows server (2003, 2008 and 2012).
- Installation, Configuration, and Support web server.
- Storage systems installation and configuration.
- Part of Technical team in many projects in Jordan and Gulf region.
