• Running AS400 End of Day Cycles for four countries ( UAE-QATAR-BAHRAIN and YEMEN) .
• Handling Open2, MiddleWare, Finnone, AIX, AFS and RunGulf.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Office and OS issues on client Desktop
