Responsibilities:
• Supervising, maintaining, testing different fire alarm systems including control panels, detectors, breaking glasses, manual stations and abort switches, the main system suppliers are: Simplex, Notifier, Siemens and Fike.
• Supervising, maintaining, testing different fire Fighting systems including:
--Portable fire extinguishers: dry chemical, BCF, Hallon, Carbon dioxide.
- FM-200 system to protect the hazard areas which includes automatic discharge of gas in case of fire detecting.
• Directing, monitoring and coordinating, sectional processes, evaluations and plans, to guarantee standard running conditions and process in accordance to daily / monthly schedule.
• Conducting weekly and monthly preventive maintenance checks.
-Maintaining different PLC control panels for different Standby Generators reaching to 1700 KVA, such as: Cummins, Deutz, Perkins, Onan, Volvo, Rolls-Royce, CAT Pillar, etc.
Preparing the following submital for a water treatment plant:
1.Transformer substation 125 KVA/ 11KV-400V 50 HZ, indoor type with power air circuit breaker 2500A.
2. Standby/ Emergency Power Plant contains:
•Two generators of 800 KVA set within silent enclosure; weather proof canopy.
•Automatic Transfer Switch 2500 A; 4 poles; 400 V; 50 HZ.
•Synchronization Panel.
